Upgrade Gone Wrong

On the 20th of September 2013 I called customer services to upgrade my contract. All was agreed to upgrade from my Blackberry to the Samsung S4 mini. I received the phone on the 23 Sep 2013. At the end of September to my surprise I've been billed R5005 for the handset. This was not agreed as I wanted this to be part of the package and the handset would be paid off over the contract period. At no point did the customer service agent or the upgrade person indicate that I would be charged R5005 for the handset. The only amount was the R150 admin fee which I agreed to. I submitted a query regarding this and I'm being pushed from pillar to post. No one can give you proper information. I would like to have this amount of R5005 credited and the contract taken up as agreed. Ref: S3-T3X3K-K0DSL. I also made a payment of R1584.81 at the Vodashop Centurion which was taken from my account and was not allocated to my Vodacom accounts. I have 3 lines with Vodacom and I'm getting such bad service. I hope this can be resolved A.S.A.P.
