Bad service on my billing

Upgraded my contract in Aug 2013 (0849546727) and my billing was fine all of a sudden my billing as from Dec and Jan just went up from R520 to R1300 to R4500. When I went to the Cell C shop in Ilanga Mall Nelspruit the person told me they can't assist I need to phone Cell C myself. Were is the service what is the use of having a branch and they can't assist, they are quick to sell you the contract but not willing to assist with queries or sort out there own mess. How do you explain that. All of a sudden my old contract is still going on and they upgraded me but didn't cancel my old contract after I asked the lady at the call centre how many times. It seems that the staff at the branch and call centre is in competant of selling cellphone contracts. When I left the branch there was another customer with the same complaint and we were told not to get angry and come back on Monday - Jonathan Manager at Ilanga Mall
