Continued billing after cancellation of contract

I e-mailed a written cancellation (comprising of a signed letter and the required official Cell C form) of both my own (Dirk Lourens) and my wife's (Ronel Lourens) Cell C 2Gb 3G contracts on 27/01/2013. My contract was cancelled and the monthly debit orders ceased, as expected. However, the monthly amounts for the contract kept on being deducted from my wife's account. After the deduction took place again in March and April 2013 I contacted the Nelspruit Ilanga Mall Cell C to enquire about why this was the case after the contract was already cancelled. A Ilanga Mall Cell C consultant (Muzi) assisted me and the cancellation document was e-mailed to the Cell C cancellations department again [Email Removed] But the deductions continued at the end of May 2013. The cancellation documents were then sent to the Cell C cancellation department for a third time. According to them they didn't see that two different cancellations were included. Refunding for the wrongful deductions were also requested. At the end of June 2013 the deductions once again took place with no refunding in sight. (the 3G data stick has not been in use since the end of January 2013). Please assist.
