I have upgraded my mtn contract on the 03/02/2013, mtn has been charging me almost double than what i should be charged according to the contract i have taken out. I have been to the mtn store thrice already, we are in May and it still isnt sorted out. The first time i went to mtn to sort this out, i was told to go to the branch where i took out the contract as they were not able to assist me. Thereafter i have been to the mtn store where i took out the contract, twice, and nothing has been done about it. The first time the lady said that she would log it and nothing has been done, the second time they said that they need to locate the original contract and would only be able to look for it the next day and log it the monday. I still have no confidence that this will be sorted out. I think it is ridiculous and i feel like giving the phone back to them and cancelling the contract as they are definitely in breach of the contract!
