During December 2010 I signed a contract with Cell C. The contract details were incorrectly loaded into the system, resulting in Cell C overcharging me every month. For 2 years I have been making phone calls to Cell C, visiting the Cell C Cresta branch, sending emails, and even logging the complaint on another complaints website. The numerous conversations and repeated explanations however resulted in little more than extreme frustration with the pathetic customer service and incompetence of Cell C's billing department who consistently failed to deliver on promises to fix the billing error. My contract has now ended and I have still not been refunded the money that Cell C incorrectly withdrew from my bank account.
