MY wife has a U Choose Smart S package. This month she received 70.24mb data. Smart S advertises 200mb per month. She has received 0 smses. Smart S advertises 200 smses per month. She has received 0 minutes. Smart S advertises 75 minutes per month.
This same issue occurred in DEC and we spent endless hours on the phone with a Vodacom representative. Again the account holder of this contract called Vodacom today to Query FEB account balances, and she was told that all the balances exist! When we dial *111# it shows 0 balances, and when we log online to My Vodacom, it shows 75mb data (with the remaining data amount), and 0 smses and 0 minutes.
We do not see carried over smses, data or minutes either??? These should be valid for 2 months before being forfeited if not used?
Where is the communication barrier Vodacom??? How often do we need to call Vodacom in order to resolve this?
