I have upgraded my contract with Cell C in August 2013, from Blackberry to Samsung Galaxy, I was billed in my first month R1900, contacted the call centre and enquired as to why it was so much, was told because I upgraded I was still within my previous contract I had to pay the difference. I agreed. The next month I received a bill for R3600... contacted the call centre again and no one could explain. I asked what contract I was on, and the agent said I was still on Blackberry. I requested the billing department or management to contact me, but nothing was done. I contacted the call centre on numerous occasions but no one could assist. Today I find that my services has been suspended and my number is no longer available on the network. The lady at the legal department seemed to have no care I the world..."I'm listening"is her response and kept me on hold for 30min... if this is how Cell C responds to their clients, a client that has been on the book for over 5years, to me this is disgusting client service.
