Branch unable/unwilling to assist with phone issue

Issue with contract cellphone reported to Vodacom Ilanga Mall, the same branch where contract upgrade carried out 3 months prior. After 30 mins wait in que, told to go to another branch in central Nelspruit. At this branch, told to go to Repaire, but warned all data on the phone would be lost. Branch offered to dowload data on the phone for R150, but with anouther 1-2 hour wait in a que. Finally told to go back to Ilanga mall branch.

Reported the issue to the 111 customer care number @ 12h00, who promised I would be called on Monday 9th December, reference number S3 T9N2X XKOEJ.. Still waiting for this call. Phoned 111 @5pm on Monday the 9th, only to be told to go back to the branch. Was put on hold, still was waiting after 10 minutes. Phoned again to 111, spoke to a supervison, who bqsically said there was nothing she could do, besides phoning informally to check if anything was happening.

what shoddy buck passing culture. I will never buy another Vodacom product again.
