During january 2013 I received a blackberry cellphone from cell c as an upgrade. When signing the upgrade contract, the contract said R199. Per month which includes Blackberry social and email plan. Because it was an upgrade the actual contract was suppose to start in may when the old contract ends then the new one will take over. During february I then decided to activate BIS on my cellphone because I could not use any Bis on the phone of which I was billed for it. When the contract started in may cell c didn't even stop billing me for the BIS and give me the the one that is due on my contract. I called their call centre and went back to the cellc store in protea gardens and they faxed the contract to cell c and nothing was done about it. I just keep on getting billed for BIS. I called the call center and the lady then told me that I will be billed extra for BIS. So there is basically on a signed contract. I also joined thing called get it from cell c. I sent a letter to them in july to cancel it. Its still not cancelled I'm also getting billed for it. If this is another way of cell c to make money then I'm on the wrong network and I bilieve that I'm not the only one.
