Cancellation department doesn't answer the phone

I have been trying to cancel my mtn wifi contract for the past month and every time I try and contact them I sit with the phone to my ear listening to some stupid music that just aggravates me even more.

I suppose this is the typical service that a leading telecommunications provider serves. I will be canceling all my contracts with them when they are due and I will be moving to another provider that knows the meaning of 'good customer service'
