I have a CellC 2 year contract which are still being debited after the 2 years were over in Feb2013 - but I understand I need to call to cancel this contract. I have been trying on the following numbers 084140 and 084145 but both instances I am told they will transfer me to the accounts department - there are no answer in the accounts department. My 1st call was over 30min that I was listening to music - then I decided to cut the call short. I phoned again and was pit on hold, again. This time over 15min before I decided to cut the call short. Then I phoned and asked to speak to a supervisor - once again I am put on hold for over 10 min...!! I need to give my cancellation notice as they require 30 days - but how am I suppose to do this if they do not answer their calls??
