Disappointed that Cell C does not offer any Warranty on their phones. What's the point of taking out a contract with the so called 'leading Cell phone provider" if you have to pay for any repair or problem with the phone. With Vodacom or Mtn or Nashua Mobile contracts you are able to send your phone in even if there is physical damage and its under warranty it gets sent in and fixed without the client paying the bill. Why is that cell c does not offer the same services. I would rather cancel my brand new contract with cell c so I can be assured of Service from another Cellphone provider.
