Contract is two way street

I have a Cell c contract for the last 6 years. Pay them up to the last cent every month.
If someone doesn't pay their line gets cut and the costs then still remain on him.
Well, i pay, every month, but the service is.
No reception, to make call, have to redial at least 5 times, because of no circuit /network.
BBM dn't deliver and can't receive, then late at night all comes thru at once when i'm asleep.
Inter net doesn't work. I phone and spoke to tech dep and all that.

I phoned asking them to cancel the contract. saying they'll send me a link. They did and I need to fill in, can't open it as internet doesn't work
Phoned again, and again and again. please cancel. no payment will be made at this month end, not using phone so please cancel.

NOTHING IS BEING DONE. I PUT A MTN PREPAID SIM CARD IN PHONE, NO PROBLEMS,
SO PLEASE JUST TAKE ME OFF YOUR DATABASE, STOP MY SERVICE AS YOU DON'T KEEP UP YOUR PART OF THEW CONTRACT, BUT VERY EAGERLY TAKE MY MONEY

YOU ARE BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER.
I'LL RATHER BE WITHOUT A PHONE THEN HAVE CELL C EVVVVEEEERRRR AGAIN.

PLEASE DO SOMETHING GOOD FOR ONCE AND CANCEL MY CONTRACT!!!
