Poor service

Hi, went to cancel cell phone contracts for my 2 boys, filled in all forms, paid for1 month premature canceling of contracts ect. Within 2 day my one sons contract was cancelled and put on to prepaid so we could port the number and the other contact was not done. 4 days later we get a call saying thar we have to go back in and redo all forms ect as they don't have the forms. After arguing with the man on the phone and him being very rude and short with me, we still have to go thro all the hassle again of canceling contract and porting the no. My son goes back to capetown on Wednesday. And might not have new ph on time as they are not doing what they should
