I have a contract which has reached its 24 month period now and I would like to cancel it now. Getting hold of the contract cancellation department is impossible however! I have phoned customer care on 140 about 10 times, and every time have to ask to be transferred since there's apparently no direct number to contract cancellations. Upon being transferred, the horrible on hold music plays for minutes on end until the call eventually either cuts off or the survey voice comes on to rate the service - after I haven't even been talking to anyone!
Is this some sort of a stupid company strategy to have people not ever cancel contracts?
