I don't know where to start...
"If your paying more, your with the wrong provider" That's the advertisement I drove past on the highway. I must be with the wrong provider then. I was paying three times less with MTN on the exact same contract PLUS they actually contacted me.
I have lodged two complaints in two months now. I have yet to be contacted. I am hoping that the contract states "I Mr. Alastair Magee agree to pay Cell C a monthly instalment of more than agreed upon every month without fail and in return I agree that Cell C will not provide ANY customer service whats so ever" Cause if it doesn't, then I need to chat to someone.
I have MANY complaints about Cell C and when I get this contract cancelled I will be looking at other service providers, preferably someone who holds customer satisfaction in high regard. If anyone knows of a provider, let me know, cause CELL C!!!
