I bought an iphone a year ago and a week ago it just started saying NO SIM installed. I haven't had time to take it to the repair centre in Midrand sinceI work in Sandton and have to be at work from 8:30 to 5 when the repair centre is open, I eventually took the morning off and went there this today at 8:30 when they opened and handed the phone in, now they are refusing to fix it because the warranty expired - yesterday. I tried to explain to the lady that I couldn't make it there yesterday that's why i went in there 1st thing today but they are refusing and are charging me R3500, for something I don't even know what it is or what happened. I think this is grossly unfair and am expected to keep paying for a phone because I only managed to take it in 8 hours after the warranty expired.
