Line transfe

I've request my ADSL line to be transferred to new address. On 13 January I received a sms saying it will be done on 15 January. NOTHING. I phoned them on 16 January when I was informed that it was only scheduled for the 20th whole day. Technician only pitched up around 14:00. Nothing was done with the promise that he will return before 23 January. Well today is 28 January no-one has been at my home nothing is done. I am trying to phone them from this morning 8:00, it is now 8:45 and I am still on hold. I have to pay my account but have NO service. This is the worst service ever experienced.
