My iPhone is still under its first year's warranty and was giving technical trouble. After three weeks at a repair centre I was informed that there was damp damage and i would have to pay in excess of R2000 to have my phone replaced. This is despite no negligence on my behalf. When asking for a supervisor to talk to, i was told he is in a meeting and i would be called back, but still have not had any follow up call in more than 24hours. I would resent paying for a faulty phone under warranty.
