Last year around March I upgraded my contract and went on a Smart std package and got a Samusng Galexy S3 - when this happened, Vodacom told me they would stop my BIS charges on my upgrade.
Every month, my debit order comes off faithfully - I never check my invoices or statements until today, I then went back over the months!
Since I upgraded, I have been charged every month for BIS - who knows why, I dont own a blackberry and this was supposed to be cancelled when I upgraded almost a year ago!
I am very upset about this, I trust Vodacom to deduct and charge the right amounts, luckily I had a look now.
I want this to be looked at URGENTLY and my account to be reconciled and the amounts refunded or credited to my account from all these months of incorrect deductions.
I have been with Vodacom for many years and hopefully you will show me that I have made the right choice always staying with you.
Please contact me urgently with regards to this and sorting this out.
