Blatant overcharging

For the second time in 3 weeks I have been a victim of vodacom's blatant overcharging. I have 4 vodacom numbers on my name and payment is by debit order monthly. I have not received any invoices from vodacom for the last 3 months. I previously had a Blackberry phone on contract which was upgraded to an Iphone in August last year. My contract with the Blackberry ended in August.
i requested a detailed invoice because I wanted to check the breakdown of the charges on my account. i was very surprised to see on the invoice that I am still being charged for the Blackberry on a monthly basis.

How is this possible when the contract no longer exists? Whenever there is a dispute with any mobile phone company they are always very quick to throw the contract at you. i called vodacom to complain and the answer I was given was " It will be lodged and there will be an investigation..." No investigation is necessary. For the last 6 months I have been charged for something that does not exist and it is in black and white on my last 6 mothhs' invoices. I want a full refund plus interest.

Qusetion - how many people are victims of this and how many people are being defrauded in this way?
