VODACOM BILLING INCORRECT AND NO RESPONSE

Once again I am having trouble with Vodacom, it seems like this is becoming a monthly issue now!
I upgraded and the consultant advised me because I upgrade and sign a new 2 year contract I can change my plan to any one and will not be charged a migration fee. I done this and upgraded.

Two weeks later I receive a statement that reflects that I have been charged more than R2000 for the migration, This is unacceptable to me and according to the CPA and law it is illegal to charge a consumer any amount if he has net been made aware of the charges, I have not been notified via phone nor email about this charge, no quotation nothing!

I spoke to Halima and Thandazile regarding this and both advised that the "Team leader" would get back to me!

Its been a week and I'm still waiting! This is totally unacceptable to me and I am really getting fed up with having issues with Vodacom as a service provider every month,

If my issue is not resolved shortly I will be left with no other choice than to go to ICASA and the Ombudsman
