Incorrect upgrade date adds 1 year to contract

I have a data contract taken out march 2009 and upgraded in feb 2011 at 24 months. the upgrade was processed for 36months on 18/2/2011. the system now shows that contract was upgraded in 2012 and adds another year for no apparent reason. nobody can explain how this happened . i have been to my local store, vodaworld & spoken countless times to customer care & retentions but all i receive is the same story that nobody can explain. according to my records my upgrade is due now but vodacom has it as 1 year later with no explanation and now they saying my initial contract was 36 months then how did they allow a upgrade in month 23 of 36. certainly seems like a huge to me to make me pay a further 12 months
