On the 16th of May 2013 I signed a contract with Vodacom this was part of an upgrade agreement since we are customers of Vodacom for many years.
The new package I took was an Smart XL and the contract I signed was for the amount of R699.00 per month. This contract agreement entitled certain free advantages for the next three months. I also upgraded to a different phone this now left certain bill payments on my previous contract to be removed as this was a brand new contract and a different phone that do not use the facilities that I have been charged on the previous contract and phone.
Since I upgraded my cellphone bill ran into the thousands, on enquiring it was found
1) the charges from the previous contract was never cancelled and I still have to pay them although the contract was cancelled
2) there is additional charges that was add to the new contract although I have never signed for them
3) the free data was never given as per the contract and I have to pay for them
4) there are charges being charged by Vodacom on my account apparently due to clicking on a website that has the right to bill my Vodacom account. This is not stated in my contract and was never explained to
