Good day.

The complaint is regarding my BIS Service that was still active on my Vodacom Contract which was deducted from my account. I have upgraded to an IPhone and nobody informed me to cancell the Blackberry Internet Service. It has been now 2 Months to fight for my refund of the BIS. I had to contact Vodacom customer care back everytime and nobody could resolve this issue and keep on telling me that they will contact me back, which never happened. I received a sms dated 21 Oct 2013 to say that my Account has been processed for the amount of R 776.25 Excl Vat. 3 Days later I received a notification from the bank that Vodacom credited the amount of R 416.50 into my account.
The Big ISSUE is that every month they deduct the amount for my contract and when i question a refund, it takes 2 months to refund me and Vodacom cant even pay me back the full amount payable which is R 885.00. Vodacom is not going to pay the bank charges for these amounts. Where is the loyal service.
