I AM NOW GOING TO REPORT THAT VODACOM HAVE UNLAWFULLY CHARGED ME FOR DATA I HAVE NEVER USED NOR REGISTERED FOR. I AM ON A BLACKBERRY SUBSCRIPTION AND THEY FEEL ITS OKAY TO CHARGE FOR "INTERNET USAGE" DAILY OVER AND ABOVE THE BIS. I HAVE A DEBIT ORDER WITH VODACOM SO I HAVE NO SAY AS TO WHAT IS PAID FROM MY ACCOUNT!
They fully admitted that a mistake was made for November and December charges on the same issue and refunded me, but what about the last 2 years??
I have downloaded 5 videos off the internet in the last 3 years its allot! I dont download music, I have Itunes for that and use my computer, I DO NOT go on roaming, I have never asked Vodacom to "hunt" for better signal when Im out of range, I have NEVER downloaded an application outside of the Blackberry App store and I have NEVER signed up for any other services.
There are suspicious charges on my account and Vodacom cannot explain them nor are they prepared to refund them. Funny how they refunded the two months I mentioned, what about the other months? The only reason I picked this up is because I requested ITEMISED billing on my other DATA account and the accounts are linked.
I AM DISGUSTED AND VERY UPSET!!
