3 weeks no reply regarding phone sent for repairs

My Blackberry Z10 has stopped working. It switched off and has been off ever since. Prior to that the battery would heat up and the phone would switch off. I had taken the phone in and the consultant said she will have to sent it to get checked out. Its way over 2 weeks and i have had not one reply nor any corresspondance regarding my phone. Please note, that i use my phone for work purposes and from the time my phone has been sent in, my work responsibilities haven't been followed out. I asked if MTN, being the big company they are, have the lend a phone service and was shocked that that didn't't seem to be their problem. I have this phone for only 9 months, paying the highest contract per month as the contract price has now decreased (but my bill is still the same) yet still receive service that allows me to wait so long for a response. MTN should value their customers!!!
