10 weeks to repair and it still does not work

My phone stopped working in February, took it in to Gateway branch and it was booked in. Followed up continuously and was informed that the matter is been attended to. After 4 weeks was told that it is normal for a repair to take up to six weeks. After six weeks was told that they could not find phone. After seven weeks told Leaf SA closed down, still don't know were phone was. After 8 weeks manager/owner stepped in and asks for an opportunity to resolve the matter. After nine weeks phone found and was being repaired. Pick up phone after 10 weeks, and still not working 100%.

Surely somebody should of checked the phone before returning the phone to me to make sure that it is actually working 100%. After 10 weeks of excuses and false promises i am extremely disappointed and upset. This is the third time that this phone has gone in for repairs. It has been in repairs for more than 4 months in total of this contract. and there is still no customer satisfaction.

Autopage is costing me money and i have had enough. I have been paying for a phone that does not work and has been in repairs for almost 30% of the contract so far. No more repairs, I want a new phone.
