I have a MTN contract with 3 phones. One of them, a Blackberry, in Dec 2012 it stopped working. After sending it to be repaired, and several follow up phone calls, I received a NEW phone some 4 weeks later. This worked for 2 days and was sent back. It was returned with a note saying faulty battery! No one told us but i assume that the first phone's battery was put into the new phone so i purchased a new battery. the phone has now worked for 2 days and has packed up again! So nearly 3 months later, still no working Blackberry and we start another round of a few weeks chasing MTN!!! Do they actually care? Maybe its time to change suppliers
