False advice, bad service, accusing me of being

Satch (IT technician) left work early on the day of my upgrade
-Thus I had to return in working hours to transfer data from old to new phone
-Waited 40min before attended to
-When asked which cover to buy, Satch told me I don't need to buy a cover for Sony Xperia because of the phone's durability
-My screen cracked after falling 2 weeks later
-Now Satch is accusing me of being a, saying that he only said they didn't have covers in stock but the phone will be fine until I get one because it is extremely durable, just to save his reputation
-I spent 40 minutes in the store while waiting and inspected every item in the store, there were more than one type of cover in stock for Sony Xperia Z
- If Satch did not assure me of the phone's durability, (he used examples of how they TRIED to break the phone) I could have gone to any of the other mobile shops to buy a cover, but he insisted that i do not need a cover
-The least Vodacom can do is repair my screen at no charge, if they cared about their customers. They should take responsibility for their employees' actions, not the customer.
- I have bought a cover in the meantime, but it still doesn't fix my cracked screen!!!
