Phone problem not resolved

Two weeks ago my blackberry smart was sent in for repairs at the repair centre in durban.
The phone was sent back a week later stating all problems have been resolved, the phone was then charged for 16 hours n then switched ON... after an hour or so, while trying to reply to a bbm message then phone goes off and reboots, meaning that the phone is doing the same thing it was doing!! so I returned the phone the next day.after another week which was yesterday I received the phone with a new battery n was told that there waz a problem with the battery and again I charge the phone for 16 hours and switch it ON it does the same thing again!!! the phone was sent to vodacom twice n still its not fixed, and I hav to return it again for the 3rd time in three weeks! That's unacceptable, something needs to be done asap please
