2 weeks ago, after numerous phone calls to there customers services nr and approximately 5 weeks without any solution, I submitted a report on Hello Peter. Immediately somebody (I think it was Tsego) phoned me back and said a technician would phone me to sort it out. 2 technicians phoned, but still they could not help. They then said that I would be receiving a BBerry lend phone while they fix my phone, but still nothing happened. Tsego phoned back last Friday (a week later) and said that no job was booked. She then said somebody would bring a lend phone and fetch my phone. Monday a lady phoned me to say she was going to collect my phone, but that she did not know about any lend phone. I told her that nobody is collecting my phone without lending me a phone while they repair it and that has been the last... I will stop my contract on Friday if I do not receive another Blackberry by then, since I am of the opinion that Virgin is in breach of contract by not providing the services that I am paying for.
