4th Blackberry in 9 Months

I am a client with MTN for the past 11 years. I have had only contracts with them for the whole duration. In May 2012 I upgraded to a Blackberry 9810 Torch on contract. Since then till now the phone has gone in 3 times for repairs and everytime for at least two and a half weeks. On 2013-02-12 it's the 4th time. That gives me at least two months and 2 weeks that I didn't have my phone, but I have to pay in full. I have asked for a new phone but always receive it back refurbished. I find it unacceptable as I pay R380 a month for only the phone. I would like a new phone as I don't have the pleasure of my phone as it is always broken. It is half of the time faulty. It's frame freezes, it switches off by itself and the battery life is a day without me using it much. Can you please help me get a new phone or another phone from the same value from MTN.
