Dear MTN S.A,
It is rather frustrating and unfortunate that after several attempts to get assistance from MTN direct I have to resort to posting my complaint on this platform. My phone was delivered on the 03/01/2014 and activated on the 7th. I bought this phone for business purposes, not leisure. I haven't used the phone for anything other than work related activities. I phoned MTN report that my battery needs charging about 3 times a day, the charging signal sometimes stays flashing even when the phone is not connected to a charger, sometimes my phone freezes while texting or making a call, at times it freezes without my knowledge and my clients complain that my mobile line is always on voicemail... this phone is worth R7176.00 NOT R71.76. Can I get a swift response on this matter before resorting to other legal actions. Currently my account stands at R2293.74 in less than 3 weeks, still waiting for an investigation to be conducted... This is very disappointing!!! Can I please have a functional phone as a matter of urgency.
