I feel cheated and robbed by both blackberry and Vodacom. I bot a blackberry 9360 last year from Vodacom eastgate, the phone was overheating on or off the charger within days of purchase less than a week or so. I then took the phone back and was told to take it to vodacare eastgate. They took the phone and d battery in for repairs and gave me back and gave me back a new phone but with the previous faulty phones battery. Now a year later the phone started giving me problems not charging properly it hasn't even reached the contract end date, i took it back to vodacare eastgate now they say i must pay R562, 73 as the battery is swollen where do i get that money now I've been without a phone for two weeks as i believe i was sold a faulty phone now they charging me for something they failed to produce properly from the start.
