It takes one month to repair my phone

I upgraded last year May to a Blackberry 9360, worst phone ever. Since then i had to take in my phone for repairs four times. First time - faulty keypad, the scroler works only now and then, the phone hangs, poor battery, Job number (8077040) date booked (18/08/2012) date Completed (27/08/2012). Second time - the battery life does not last long, it freezes, the tracking pad is working intermittently, keypad faulty, Job number (8887606) date booked (24/05/20130 at 10:53 got it back same day 15:50 how do you work on a phone that quick! Third time - there is a funny noise on the speaker cant even make a call, poor audio, job (8892724), date booked (27/05/2013) date completed (09/06/2013) phone was exchanged. Fourth time - the charging port is damaged, job number (9000740) date booked (04/07/2013) and I am still waiting for my phone it's been now over a month and they are still working on the phone!
