Since renewing my contract last year JUNE, my phone has been replaced by Vodacom now for the 4th time.
Each time I get a refurbished piece of that gets worse and worse everytime. Last week I collected my 4th piece of and needless to say this one is the worst of the lot!!!
The phone freezes ALL the time and I have to take the battery out about 10 times a day, i click on the internet it freezes, i clck on a bbm and it freezes, I click on a whatsapp message it freezes.
This is a blady joke!!!
I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO KEEP GOING BACK TO THE REPAIR CENTRE AND SITTING WITHOUT A PHONE FOR WEEKS ON END!
COME ON VODACOM PLEASE!!! I AM PAYING FOR NOTHING!
I AM TEMPTED TO SEAK LEGAL ADVICE IF THIS IS NOT RESOLVED PROPERLY!
