Very Unhappy custome

I bought a BlackBerry 9300 about 5months ago, ever since i have the phone it was changed 4 to 5 times already. The phone freezes when you want to send messages, it takes up to 30 minutes for the phone to function properly. At times i am force to reboot the phone more then 10 times per day which makes me very angry. it seems that all the 9300 phone has a software problem. Im using the 5th BlackBerry 9300 which is all refurbish units that i got so far & the phone look like its not properly fix. i need help & assistance please, If BlackBerry (RIM) can sort me out with a other phone & definitely NOT 9300 again. I Would like to have a 9320 or a 9360.
