I bought a new blackberry Q10 in July 19th. This is my second report ever since I bought this phone it has been giving me problems from the second week the screen goes blank and it freezes. you need to put it off take out the battery and restart it. this is so frustrating coz sometimes people me and then it this happens or I make a call and then it happens so am being billed for this. I pay 400r a month for this phone that's without calls I wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone.
