I booked my phone in at the repair centre in midrand. Given a form to complete and sent to MTN insurance .( Never got the Quote from MTN repair centre had to phone them) Sent my forms to mtn via Email 4 times. Phoned them a few days later no answer. Tried the answering service and it said they never got the form. Now i mailed it again and faxed it. They let me know they received it and should not send it again. Phoned today and still they say they did not get it. Phone repair centre and they need me to collect my broken phone. Paying for 10 years insurance i never used now i am fuming trying to get a phone fixed. What a bunch of.
