BAD SERVICE AND NO FEEDBACK

I Booked my Iphone 4s in for repair at Springs Autopage on the 7thJan13'. I started querying on the repair round about the 7thFeb13' and that is where I've been going from pillar to post! Every time i phone, the insurance has accepted the quote and is being repaired. On the 25thFeb13' i still haven't received a proper answer and nobody from MTN Repair Centre to Autopage Repair Centre to Autopage Call Centre could help me or give me a direct answer. And not just that the time and money i spend on my phone calling everybody just to get some sort of assistant. on the 25thFeb13' i emailed complaints department [Email Removed] Charl Swanepoel [Email Removed] a manager that would get back to me. Nope, no luck at all. I phoned everyday about 3 times MTN REPAIR CENTRE, AUTOPAGE REPAIR CENTRE, AUTOPAGE CALL CENTRE, AUTOPAGE INSURANCE, from the 25th Feb 13' to 8th March 13' and eventually got an email on the 8th they shipping the phone and will be there on Monday the 11th Mar13'. Today 11th Mar13' still no phone and when i phone the the Call Centre they said THE INSURANCE ACCEPTED THE QUOTE AND WILL REPAIR. What? I thought its been shipped!!
