I took my phone, with a cracked screen, to the walk-in repair centre, on 14/06/2013. I was told that I would receive a sms, on Monday, with the charge to repair my phone.By Wednesday I haven't received a sms, and after phoning, I was told to pay R996.38 into the Absa account, and that my phone should be repaired within 24 hours. I was advised to phone before going to the repair centre, just to confirm that my phone was fixed.
Unfortunately, that was where my agony started, as I have phoned at least eight times, and nobody can tell me when my phone will be fixed. I have also heard that I cannot contact the repair centre, as they do not have a phone. The latest excuse is that they are doing stock take today, and that I must phone again on Monday.
This is extremely poor service!
