My iphone glass cracked, the phone was in working order. I booked it in with the La Lucia branch on the 24th of July. Was promised that it will take 7 to 14 working days to repair. My phone is insured. Had no feedback until I went into the store to find out what's going on. The repair centre claimed to receive the phone on the 7th of August and still waiting for approval from insurance. Around the 16th of August the insurance company apparently approved the repair. I was promised my phone today 27th August. No response. I can only assume that my phone has been and will be filing a case with SAPS of. Autopage are the biggest bunch of liars. Customer service is NON EXISTENT!
