ON THE 03 OF FEBRUARY I HANDED MY BLACK BERRY IMEI NUMBER 357827043092746 IN FOR REPAIRS AT CELL C SOUTHGATE AND WAS PROMISED THAT WE WILL HAVE THE INSTRUMENT BACK WITHIN 6 WEEKS FROM 03.02.2013, ON THE 05 OF MARCH CELL C CALLED ME TO SAY THAT MY INSTRUMENT IS READY FOR COLLECTION I SENT MY SON ON THE 08.03 TO COLLECT THE PHONE WHEN HE GOT THEIR THEY GAVE HIM THE PHONE AND ON THE PHONE WAS A STICKER THAT SAID NOT REPAIRED HE THEN PHONED ME TO TELL ME I THEN SPOKE TO THE LADY THAT ASSISTED HIM WHO THEN TOLD ME THAT SHE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING AND WILL SEND THE PHONE BACK TO THE REPAIR CENTRE. ON THE 25.03 (17 DAYS) LATER I RECEIVED AN SMS FROM CELL C REPAIR CENTRE NOTIFYING ME OF THE DEVICE RECEIVED (REF. PRE400252) AND THEN ON THE 25.03 THREE DAYS LATER I THEN RECEIVED ANOTHER SMS (REF.CLC909083) FROM CELL C REPAIR CENTRE TO NOTIFY ME THAT THE DEVISE IS IN QUEUE FOR REPAIRS IN THE MEANTIME THEY ALREADY DEDUCTED R491.00 FROM MY ACCOUNT THE SAME INSTRUMENT WAS SENT IN THREE TIMES ALREADY, I HAVE INSURANCE ON THIS PHONE AND IF IT IS NOT REPAIRABLE THEN THE INSURANCE SHOULD BE SUFFICIENT TO COVER A NEW PHONE.
