Bad Repair Service

I upgraded my Cell C contract the 24 July 2013, I've had problems with my phone within the first week. I cannot get to Cell C, cause I work on a building site and by the time I get home they closed already. I've been to Cell C four times after that. Every time I get told to book my phone in, but they do not have a loan phone for me. I cannot do this, cause for my work I need a phone. The 3rd Jan 2014 my Sister gave me a phone and I took mine into your N1 City branch. At the back of your Repair Request Form it says in paragraph No 6 that it should take? 15 CALENDAR days for the phone to be fixed. I mailed the Manager the 27 Jan to ask when I can I expect my phone back. She replied she mailed the repair centre. I mailed her again two days later, she was still waiting for a reply. I told her to phone them, I still haven't had an answer. I've said that I would like to make use of the CPA, but she just comes back with a whole lot of nonsense. I do not see why I have to pay for a phone that has given me no pleasure at all. I would like a new phone, cause this one has given problems since day one. I see the phone has now been sent to external repair centre.
