IT IS NOW 24 JANUARY 2014 AND I AM GETTING CALLS TO UPGRADE AND RENEW MY CONTRACT --- YOU CAN NOT BE SERIOUS! I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK. NO MORE. SINCE DATE OF CONTRACT SIGNING - WHERE I KEPT TO THE CONTRACT AND VODACOM DECIDED TO N O T KEEP TO THE CONTRACT. I WANT ALL MY MONEY PLUS ALL THE DATA I COULD NOT USE ON A PROPOSAL FROM VODACOM. I HAD TO BUY A NEW LAPTOP. I AM NOT HAPPY. I WILL BE GOING TO THE CREDIT OMNUDSMAN NOW. IS THIS HOW VODACOM TREATS ITS CUSTOMERS? IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICES? ALMOST 3 YEARS OF PATHETICNESS FROM VODACOM'S SIDE. IS THIS THE NORM? IS THIS THE PUBLIC FACE OF VODACOM? VODACOM OWES ME BIG TIME AND I WILL NOW ACTION AS THE TIME HAS RUN OUT. BAD BAD BAD SERVICE, BAD VODACOM, BAD MANAGERS, BAD BAD BAD NOCUSTOMER SERVICE.
