Giving me problem in repairing my phone

On 28/11/2013 I reported my phone with Cellsure for repairs, they send me a form to fill in, then I was told to take it to any CellC shop which i did on the 29/11/2013 at Jabulani Mall. Then 0n the 30/11/2013 i received an sms that the phone has been booked in at their Repair Management System the Ref No: PRE465281. Then on the 5 & 6/12/2013 I received other sms's to say that the device is recieved at Cell C Repair center in Midrand and is queued for repairs Ref No: CLC991570. On the 11/12/2013 received another sms to tell me to come collect my phone from repairs at Jabulani Mall. Went to collect the phone and phone was not repaired because
the insurance can't find my account so i dont have insurance with them and their call center was closed for the long weekend. I called them today and my information was there but they couldn'd fix my for because the icloud on the phone was not deactivated so i need to deactivated it. The fliipin application can de deactivated on the phone itself or they should have called me then i would have helped them, what kind of
technicians they have there??? I want my phone fix becuase they debit my account every month..i pay the insurance pls.
