Very poor service

My blackberry 9300 was taken in to Vodacare on 4th Oct, they said the cell would be sorted in 10 days, initially I was impressed with communication. However after 12 days had passed I had not heard from the agent, I phoned and they confirmed the phone had liquid damage and was beyond repair. I explained that I have insurance with Vodacom that covers liquid damage, he said that they would then repair the phone, he said he would email the forms to me, he never emailed me. I was then contacted by a sales person about upgrading, I emailed back and requested assistance to get the forms to do the insurance claim as I do not live near PMB, about 35KM away. She said she could email the claim form to me but I needed to get a BER form and only the customer care dept is allowed to produce the form. She gave me the contact number to try request the BER form, after many attempts with not getting through I decided to visit the customer care shop at the mall, after waiting 45 min, they said they are not able to give me docs, said they can only be emailed to me from repair agent. requested forms again, no email. today receive sms to say cell repair not approved and will be returned un-repaired
