I took my Iphone 4S to Autopage in Clearwater on 12 September 13 to have the speaker repaired.2 weeks later I was called that the phone has been fixed and I can collect. I drove to collect the phone and took it back to work. When I checked the phones speaker I noticed it had not been fixed. I drove back to clearwater mall to complain, so they booked the phone in again. I received an sms saying the phone is ready to be collected a week after again. A few minutes later was called to say that the phone had been sent back and had not been repaired as they did not know it was a replacement phone. They told me they would book the phone in and repair it this time. I phoned on 14 October 13 and was told the phone is booked to be collected, then I phoned again on 21 October 13 and no one could tell me where the phone is, if it has been booked in or not. I phoned again today 28 October 13 and was told to phone the repair centre, which i did and they told me the phone was booked to be collected but have not yet. Clearwater mall and the repair centre do not know where my phone is. The service is ridiculous. I have been a client for over 20 years and the service is just getting worse.
