Good day.

I have a contract with mtn at a wonderpark branch, last year in April 2013 i upgraded from a blackberry torch 9800 to a Samsung S3, i am overpaying as my contract stipulates that i have to pay R379 X 24 but i am currently paying R438 since April 2013 to date, i have laid a complaint with mtn but i was told that the ''system sometimes will cancel'' bis if you not using a blackberry and i find that rediculous as it shoiuld have been stopped with immediate effect because i no longer use a blackberry.

I requested that i be paid the bis fr all the months i have been paying for but i was told thats not possible without any valid reason
